Holland Ashrafnia

Holland's undeniable persistence and knowledge of the real estate market coupled with his honest approach and concern for maximizing your investment separates him from his peers.  Holland's unique approach to negotiating deals as a principle, allows him to offer his clients the expertise rarely found in the brokerage world. Holland spent his early career working on the developments and sales in the Westside & Studio City. 

In 2010, in the midst of the worst financial crisis since the great depression,  Holland founded his Development companies & Sixty properties later, his company has grown to develop high-end custom homes in Beverly Hills, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Dubai, Newport Coast, Hancock Park, Westwood, Newport Beach, Silverlake, Los Feliz to name a few.   

His love for development began as a young kid back home watching his grandfather develop high rises.  His background in development has given him the capability to inform his clients on investment opportunities and cost analysis, and has given him a keen eye for architecture and design. Born in Kabul, Afghanistan moved to Los Angeles Via Frankfurt Germany at age 7. With a CSUF degree in psychology and a minor in speech communication, Holland is well-trained to meet clients’ needs at every turn. 

Holland partnered with John Aaroe Group in 2009 and since has sold and developed hundreds of homes across the city.  Holland has earned top-producing honors every year he has been in real estate.  2023 marks a new partnership with Christie’s, with his team, Holland and The H Group will continue to focus on development opportunities, commercial repositioning, and luxury residential sales. He currently acts as the President of New Homes Division for the Aaron Kirman Group in Beverly Hills, CA.

Aleks Lipovic

Born and raised on the coast of Orange County, Aleks delved into the family trade business of purchasing, renovating, and reselling luxurious properties from a young age, and has since represented some of the finest luxury estates in Southern California. Today he manages his clients with sales, investing and managing all their renovations. As the first member of the New Homes Division for The Aaron Kirman Group, Aleks has a unique approach in real estate given his role as an agent and active investor himself, which allows for his clients to have an agent that understands every step and angle of all real estate transactions. Aleks in his previous career was a decorated Professional Basketball Player which laid a great foundation of hard work, discipline, and understanding that business is best run like a team sport. Aleks has a team that services all of Southern California, New York City, and parts of Florida.

Adisa Aditheparot

Adisa joins the H Group, bringing her positive energy and boundless enthusiasm for real estate to serve her clients as an expert in the area, from Hollywood to Beverly Hills. Staying up-to-date with market trends and researching various areas, Adisa is always looking to perfect her skills and expand her knowledge.

Being an effective communicator and personable resource is key to her business, she makes sure her clients get the very best representation on the market.

Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. Adisa relocated to Los Angeles in 2015 with her family and slowly fell in love with the city, neighborhoods, and its people— and that passion inspired her to help others make that area home. Although English was not her first language, her dedication to learning and the ability to connect and build relationships with others was always her strength, with those altogether she became fluent within a few years, and yet she never stops learning.

Adisa received her degree in Fashion design, her creativity, and artistic skills transition seamlessly to real estate. Her passion for real estate started with her mother, as a landlord and property owner who has bought and sold properties in LA, Adisa knows how stressful the process could be. She aspires to work to mitigate stress throughout the home buying and selling process, alleviating frustration and confusion to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible.

When she’s not working, Adisa enjoys hiking, going to the beach, exploring new restaurants, spending time with her family and friends, and cuddling with her cats.

Kyle Siwik

Originally from the Bay Area, Kyle knew there was no room for play when he joined the #1 team in LA! With his highlighted energy and enthusiasm, he is a huge driving force in the industry. In collaboration with the Holland Group, which has over 15 years of experience in development, Kyle has access to first hand knowledge of the latest projects and trends throughout Southern California! Saul Mateo Ruvalcaba

As Executive Assistant, Saul oversees all aspects of the Holland Group's operations alongside Holland Ashrafnia including finance, acquisitions, planning, design, agency, and project management. 

While earning a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA, Saul focused his efforts on preparing for medical school by working as an EMT and conducting stem cell research. It was shortly after his graduation in 2020 while working as an emergency department medical scribe that he realized he was much more passionate about business, entrepreneurship, and investing than he was about healthcare. These interests were most likely a result of spending his childhood and early adulthood working alongside his dad at their family's auto repair shop. After much thought, Saul decided he was ready for a career change when considering that one of his greatest joys was spending time with his family at their favorite restaurants, stores, and entertainment centers including The Grove in Fairfax and The Americana in Glendale.

This epiphany shaped his vision for creating spaces for others to enjoy whether they be homes, mixed-use developments, or entertainment centers. Without a clue on how he'd bring this newfound passion into fruition, Saul decided to obtain a real estate license due to the industry's repetitiveness in many of his favorite books. He subsequently stumbled upon the Aaron Kirman Group after watching Aaron on a Youtube video titled "What It's Like Being a Top LA Real Estate Agent". Without hesitation, Saul emailed Aaron's office in hopes of finding some sort of mentorship and became an intern with the group by the following week. This stepping stone granted Saul the opportunity to join the Holland Group in his current role within six months of his arrival to AKG. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, reading, and eating out with his closest friends and family.

Whitney Hamid

Originally from Southern Virginia, Whitney Hamid brings her empathy, creativity, and strong work ethic to AKG Christie's International Real Estate in collaboration with The Holland Group. These traits seamlessly blend with her passion for helping people and guarantee her success at AKG Christie's in addition to her love for residential architecture and design.

Working with distinguished clientele domestically and abroad - from former dignitaries to royal families and some of the great pillars in pop culture - she is well aware of the discretion and concierge-level service that is required in the luxury real estate market.

Her passion for design and entrepreneurial spirit led to the inception of her own interior design company: ZenDen Interior Design. This experience taps into a property's true potential to guarantee successful transactions each and every time.

Whitney currently resides in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles with her husband, who is a developer, and their two sons. She has also lived in New York City and Miami, both of which have strengthened her grasp of the real estate markets in other popular destinations. In addition, her previous careers have allowed her to visit over 85 countries. Whitney's greatest passion is traveling and experiencing the world through its cultures.  As such, Whitney has cultivated a global network that she can draw from if her clients' real estate needs expand beyond the Los Angeles area.
